The MTCCT has booked one booth for our 3 institutions (MTMS, MTTCT, TSU). A vehicle will be decorated for the procession, Muggulu will be displayed at the opening ceremony on 14 Feb 2019 and students of our Music and Dance Schools will present an item for the function. TSU will exhibit books and the MTTCT will display musical instruments

Gita Sadbhavana Yatra from Kovil Trianon to ISCKON Phoenix (03:00pm to 05:00pm). Orgs may decorate their vehicles and participate. However, we need to confirm our participation.

14 & 15 Feb 2019

2 days' seminar at SVICC from 10:00am to 03:00pm. Entry is free. Must register online (link given above) or through forms. Participants will get a Certificate of attendance, a jute bag containing many items and free lunch.
Organisations may reserve a Booth (stall) for exhibition at SVICC.
Government of Mauritius has given approval for this grand event - see Conseil des Ministres
All socio-cultural organisations are invited to participate. The President p.i of the Republic of Mauritius is the Hon. Chairman of the Organising Committee.
